Weekly training rides are free and typically part of a progressive training series that build up to a set mileage, goal, or event (e.g., Cinderella Classic).

  • Over Winter, our Cinderella Training Series prepared you for a metric century (~65 miles)
  • In the Spring, our Hill Climbing Series included some of the most challenging climbs in the Bay Area
  • Join our Century Training Series as we prepare for Bike Against the Odds, a full century (100 miles) with ~10,000 feet of climbing (NOTE: Bike Against the Odds has several options to choose from)

Skills clinics are held thoughout the season and include topics helpful to your training including road safety, bike maintenance, core strengthening, injury prevention, climbing and descending skills, and nutrition.
